A bomb blast near a religious ceremony in Afghanistan killed at least 15 people. At least 20 others were injured. Most of the casualties are children. According to a report by the UK-based news agency Reuters.
Home Ministry spokesman Tariq Aryan said that initially it was known that the miscreants had left a rickshaw in a rickshaw at a place in Ghazni province.
