Berlin (AP) – Borussia Dortmund advanced to the 2nd round of the DFB Cup with a runaway victory when Marco Reus returned. The Bundesliga team won 5-0 (3-0) on Monday evening against third division MSV Duisburg.
With his comeback after more than 220 days of injury, Reus scored 5-0 in the 58th minute. Before that, Jadon Sancho (14th) and Jude Bellingham (30th), Thorgan Hazard (39th) and Axel Witsel (50th) scored for the runner-up. Arne Feick (89th) and Robert Herrmann (90th + 5) provided Würzburg’s late goals.
