Make a healthy salad with vegetable oil, garlic and vinegar. Cool this Asian-style salad and serve chilled.
Cucumber – 2 cups (cut into rounds)
salt to taste
Apple Cider Vinegar – 1 teaspoon
Sugar – 1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
Chili flakes – 2 tablespoons
Garlic – 2 cloves (crushed)
Cut the cucumber slightly. Sprinkle with salt. Heat oil in a pan and dissolve it in chili flakes and crushed garlic. Fry on low heat. When the garlic starts to smell, take it down and let it cool down a bit. Sprinkle cucumber pieces with sugar and vinegar. Mix everything well with pan oil. Serve cold and cold.
