In the center of Dresden a man is stabbed to death, another is seriously injured. The culprit escapes – and still can’t be found. The police are still hoping for witnesses.
After the fatal attack on Sunday evening in the center of Dresden for a 55-year-old from Krefeld (North Rhine-Westphalia), there is still no trace of the unknown culprit. When asked, the public prosecutor announced that the fugitive was being searched intensively. The first feedback is on the witness call on Monday, the information is currently being checked. Passers-by had found him and another seriously injured tourist from North Rhine-Westphalia not far from the residential palace. The 55-year-old died in hospital a little later. The other, a 53-year-old from Cologne, was available Monday, the prosecutor’s spokesman said. He did not say whether he was also being questioned.
