Former Bayern coach Niko Kovac is said to have tested positive for the corona virus. This is reported by a renowned French sports newspaper. And he shouldn’t be the only one on the team.

Former Bayern coach Niko Kovac has tested positive for Covid-19 according to information from the French sports daily “L’Equipe”. Kovac’s new club AS Monaco confirmed two suspected corona cases on Friday night without naming them. There is nothing to worry about.

According to “L’Equipe” it is 48-year-old Croatian coach and goalkeeper Benjamin Lecomte. Both are symptom-free and in quarantine until further notice. They missed the friendly match of Kevin Volland’s new club at OGC Nice on Friday.
