Meat – 2 kg
Turmeric powder – quarter teaspoon
Chili Powder – to taste
Coriander Powder – 1 Tbsp
Cumin Powder – 1 Tbsp
Ginger paste – 1½ tbsp
Garlic paste – 1.5 tbsp
Onion pieces – 1 cup
Soybean Oil – ½ cup
salt to taste

Soybean Oil – As Required
Bay leaves – 2
Cinnamon – two pieces
Black pepper – some
Garlic-licqu (crushed)
Raw chili – some
Onion pieces – ½ cup
Fried Cumin Powder – Half a teaspoon
preparation method
Mix all the powders and Bata spices including onion powder, oil, salt with meat. Pour the meat into a pressure cooker along with the spices and add half a cup of water. Boil the meat with 7 to 8 whistles. Once boiled, remove the meat cells with a fork or knife.
Place the pan in the oven to stir. Heat the oil and fry the dry chillies and hot spices. Serve garnished with onion, garlic and green chillies. When the onion turns brown, fry it with meat. Stir in the fried cumin powder before salting.
