Zuzenhausen (dpa) – TSG 1899 Hoffenheim is concerned about the deployment of their permanent staff Stefan Posch and Pavel Kaderabek before the Bundesliga starts at 1. FC Cologne on Saturday.
The two football professionals had to be replaced on Sunday in the difficult DFB Cup victory of the Kraichgauer against Chemnitzer FC (5-4 after penalties). According to the club, defender Posch sustained a badly bruised shin on Monday, winger Kaderabek sustained a serious contusion of the upper leg. Hoffenheim has not provided information about the duration of the outage. TSG captain Benjamin Hübner, Robert Skov, Munas Dabbur and Havard Nordtveit are currently injured.
