Apple jam can be made very easily with apples. This child-favorite item can be stored in a glass jar for up to three months and in the fridge for up to five months.

Apple – 1 kg
Sugar to taste
White vinegar – 1 teaspoon
Food coloring – a pinch
preparation method
Wash and peel the apples. Remove the inner seeds and cut into small pieces. Boil the apple in half a cup of water. Beat when cold. Stir the mixture with sugar, vinegar and food coloring. Once thick, store in a glass jar.
