The committee will not initiate proceedings against the Borussia professional, the German Football Association reports. “We have examined the television recordings. According to the available photos, there is no evidence that Christoph Kramer behaved in a manner contrary to the sport,” said Anton Nachreiner, chairman of the DFB control committee.
