Traditional club 1. FC Kaiserslautern has a new coach. Jeff Saibene from Luxembourg takes over as head coach. He succeeds Boris Schommers, who had to leave at the beginning of the week.
According to information from “Sport1” and “Kicker”, Jeff Saibene will be the new coach at 1. FC Kaiserslautern. Friday, there was initially no confirmation from the third division football team, but the traditional club has announced a press conference at 1pm.
The 52-year-old Luxembourger was head coach of league staff FC Ingolstadt until match day 27 last season, before which he coached Arminia Bielefeld. Saibene will succeed the released Boris Schommers at FCK. The FCK had initially deployed ex-pro Oliver Schäfer as an interim coach.
