Marseille (AP) – Olympique Marseille coach Andre Villas-Boas would like to sign French professional footballer Michaël Cuisance, who is on loan from FC Bayern Munich, after this season.
“I am very satisfied with him,” said the Portuguese coach, according to the newspaper “La Provence”, at a press conference in which Cuisance also participated. “His performance is excellent. I hope we can activate the buy option,” added Villas-Boas.
The German record champion awarded Cuisance to Marseille a month ago. In Munich, the 21-year-old, who came over from Borussia Mönchengladbach in the summer of 2019, has a contract until 2024. However, the midfielder was not satisfied with his playing time at FC Bayern and is now collecting more match training with Champions League participants Marseille. According to Villas-Boas, Cuisance will also be used in the next league game in Strasbourg.
