US First Lady Melania Trump was to visit Pennsylvania, an important state in the country, to participate in President Donald Trump’s election campaign. But her spokeswoman Stephanie Grisham said on Tuesday that the First Lady had canceled a pre-arranged trip.
The Guardian quoted Stephry Grisham as saying he was still feeling ill because the “chronic cough” had not stopped. Therefore, he is unable to participate in the campaign.
“Melania has been feeling better every day since recovering from Kovid-19,” Grisham said. However, he will not go on an electoral tour today due to a chronic cough.
On the morning of October 2, the President announced that both he and Melania were infected with coronovirus.
In a statement posted on the White House website last week, Melania said, “My coronovirus test result was negative and I hope to be able to begin my duties soon.”
