In a response to Facebook, a 55-year-old police officer runs into an intensive perpetrator from North Africa. Now a court has made a rather lenient ruling.
On Tuesday, the Cologne court sentenced a police officer to three months probation for hate speech and public incitement to crime. According to a court spokesperson at trial, the 55-year-old admitted to posting a hateful comment on Facebook last September.
In it he is said to have asked for intensive offenders from North Africa to be shot in the genitals. In addition to the suspended sentence, the police officer has to pay 3,000 euros to a non-profit organization.
