Munich (AP) – Two months after his thigh injury, new hire Tanguy Nianzou completed parts of team training at FC Bayern Munich for the first time. That made the German football champions known.
The 18-year-old suffered a thigh injury at the French U20 team at the beginning of September. Defender Nianzou came to Munich from Paris Saint-Germain in the summer, but is not yet injured. Some believe the defender has a great future, including Ralf Rangnick. The former Leipzig sports director and trainer recently called Nianzou “one of the greatest defensive talents I’ve ever seen”. He predicted that the Frenchman would be a regular at Bayern in one or two years.
