Pakistan has killed an Indian intelligence drone. The drone was shot down after it entered Pakistani airspace through the border on Sunday night. Pakistan’s Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) claimed in a statement.
Earlier, Pakistan killed at least two Indian intelligence drones in May. According to ISPR, Pakistan has been able to shoot down at least 10 enemy drones since early 2020.
Pakistan’s military has termed the sending of intelligence drones from across the border a clear violation of existing customs and air defense agreements.
India and Pakistan, the two nuclear powers, have long been under stress on the Kashmir issue. Occasional fire exchanges have occurred at the border between the armies of the two countries. Source: Purse Today
