Aue (dpa) – The pros of second division FC Erzgebirge Aue have resumed training. Another series of tests for the coronavirus did not have positive results. The Erzgebirgskreis health department has lifted the precautionary quarantine against the team.
After two positive test results, which were not clear, de Auer returned to the Ore Mountains a few hours before the scheduled away game on October 4 at Hamburger SV on behalf of the health department. The match was then canceled by the German Football League (DFL). The two involved had already undergone a follow-up test after their return, each of which gave a negative result.
