Fish Chachi with Beans and Potatoes
You can cook this fun Chakhari with any big fish. Clean 15-20 beans. You can cut it if you want, you can also keep it full. Peel a squash, grind it and squeeze the juice.
Heat the oil in the pan and fry a little fenugreek. Stir in 2 onion pieces. Add a small piece of ginger paste and 2 cloves of garlic paste. Season to taste with chili powder, quarter teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder. Serve with potatoes. When half cooked, stir in the beans.
