Potatoes – 2
Radish – 1
Burmese – 4
Chicing – 1
Sweet Pumpkin – 100 grams

Dried chili powder – 1 teaspoon
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander Powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Panchforan – 1/4 teaspoon
Ginger paste – 1 tbsp
Garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Oil – 2 tablespoons
Ghee – 1 Tbsp
preparation method
Vegetables should be chopped (slightly thick), washed with mild heat to heat water. Then heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion and wait till it becomes light brown on low heat. Now add onion paste, garlic paste, ginger paste, coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, raw chilli, salt and oil. When the oil rises, cover it with vegetables and keep it covered for a while on medium heat. When the vegetables are cooked well, cover them slightly and keep them on low heat for five minutes. Now lift the lid and shake the vegetables well.
Heat another frying pan with a little ghee, add a little onion, crushed garlic and panforan and mix the vegetables on a low flame till they turn brown. Serve hot after five minutes.
