Carrot – 2
Chili Powder – to taste

Cauliflower – half
Tomatoes – 1
Coriander leaves – 2 tablespoons

preparation method
Heat the olive oil and add onion, garlic and carrots. Add black pepper powder, salt and chili powder and fry. After a few minutes, shake with crushed garlic for 30 seconds and reduce heat with stock and 2 cups of water. Cover with cabbage pieces and tomatoes. When boiling, reduce coriander leaves and serve hot.
