Fenugreek – 250 grams
Minced beef – 500 grams
Onion pieces – 1 cup
Tomato paste – 1 cup
Ginger paste – 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste – 1 teaspoon
Cumin seeds – 1 teaspoon
Garam Masala Powder – 1 teaspoon
Coriander Powder – 1 Tbsp
salt to taste
Turmeric powder – half a teaspoon
Chili Powder – to taste
Black pepper powder – half a teaspoon
Bay leaves – 2
Oil as needed

preparation method
Heat the oil and add cumin seeds. When it starts boiling, add ginger paste, garlic paste, onion paste and garam masala powder. Tear off the bay leaves. Add tomato paste when the onion becomes soft. When the oil separates from the spices, add salt and chili powder. Stir in black pepper powder and coriander powder. Stir until the minced color changes. When the color changes, reduce heat and add fenugreek leaves. When cooked, reduce and serve hot.
