Ingredients for meat and shrimp pickle
Chicken Breast – 1/4 cup (cut to length)
Medium Shrimp – 1/4 cup (clean and halved)
Ginger paste – half a teaspoon
Garlic paste – half a teaspoon
Red chili powder – 1 teaspoon
White Chili Powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Salt – 1/4 teaspoon
Ingredients for making special sauces
Duck egg yolk – 2
Chili Sauce – 1/4 cup
Tomato sauce – 1/4 cup
Soy Sauce – 1 Tbsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tbsp
salt to taste
Corn flower – 3 tablespoons
Salt test – half a teaspoon
Luminous color – slightly (optional)
Chicken Stock – 1 Cup
Other material
Cooking oil – 1 tbsp
Garlic Powder – 1 Tbsp
Chili – 2 (chopped)
Dried Chili – 1 (except in the middle)
Chicken Stock – 2 Cups
Thai Ginger – 1 Tbsp
Lemongrass – 6 pieces
Mushroom Crumbs – 3 Tbsp

preparation method
Add all the ingredients to marinate with chicken and shrimp. In another bowl, beat the duck egg yolk and mix all other ingredients to make a special sauce.
Pour the pan into the oven and add oil. When the oil is hot, fry the garlic and marinate the shrimp and the meat. Stir in raw chili slices and dried chili powder. When meat and shrimp are fried, add 2 cups of chicken stock. Cook over low heat with a mixture of Thai ginger powder, lemongrass, mushrooms and sauce. Once thick, reduce and serve.
