In India’s controlled Kashmir, three BJP workers have been killed in random firing. The incident happened in Kulgam district around 8 pm on Thursday night. Police said that three BJP workers were attacked while passing by car in YK Pora area. Indian media NDTV gave this news.
Three people were seriously injured in the shelling. The three were rescued in a blood-soaked condition and taken to a local hospital. The doctors there declared him dead. All three youths died before being taken to the hospital.
Police said the three BJP workers who were killed were identified as Fida Hussain Yattu, Umar Rashid Baig and Mohammad Ramzan. All three are residents of YK Pora in Kulgam district. It was not immediately clear who was behind the attack. The Jammu and Kashmir Police has started an investigation into the incident.
No group claimed responsibility for the attack. Police have started searching for those involved in the attack. Security has been tightened.
